Probably some of the worst customer service I've had in a while. Tried closing my account and had to go to another branch down the road just to see someone who would help me
Staff are very helpful.
Horrible customer service, associates seem to not care about customers or their time, even management. Would not suggest anyone do business with BOA on base, off base seems to be different story.

I opened and I'm getting ready to close a account within 10 months of dealing with these criminals. Once again a corporate giant that is out for the numbers and not in it for the individual. They could care less about you. Bank of America with nickle and dime you for everything. Moving over to USAA. They understand soldiers deployment situations and from what I've heard are always willing to work with you. As far as I'm concerned BOA you will never have my business again, and I will make sure to let everyone know of your practices being that you don't want to be up front about it.
