For some reason or another..you don't know which location has your reservation???
Before swiping my card My receipt told me the grand total would be $448 because I asked the clerk to remove the pre-paid gas service that was placed on the vehicle. Upon return I was charged an extra $41 on a new receipt even though I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas and was told they can't give me my money back.
I do NOT recommend this rental service at Fort Campbell and will be seeking out further assistance on my issue.
The WORST!!! The girl at that office is the most disrespectful worker they can place in there. If I could give zero stars, I would! NEVER AGAIN! I would never recommend anyone to them.
The only problem I had with this Hertz was pick up time. However the man explained to that it's very hard to get cars to this hertz and if they had too many in the parking lot they would get complaints there was no parking for the customers for the other stores in the plaza. I wish they would move their location but other than that the workers have always been great and friendly and I've always have gotten my deposits back
Placed a reservation for a vehicle days in advance and still ended up waiting past the time it was supposed to be picked up... let that one slide.
