No complaints. Washed and dried a couple of loads of clothes, as we are in the process of getting a washer and dryer. Very convenient. Located on post. Easy to use. Clean. It costs 2.25 to wash a load of clothes and 1.25 to dry them. We used cash and there is not a change machine in the building, but they will give you quarters next door at the PX. The machines will also take cards for payment. Highly recommend.
