Needs to be torn down. It's way too outdated to be useful. We have guest speakers come here some times and it's miserable. Not only does the AC not function properly but the seating is limited. It's bad enough that we have to attend these tacky seminars. New theater would be fantastic... but we don't have the money to spare due to the other vital projects on post. Honestly we should really just turn the theater into a pocket park.

A lot of the seats are broken, and it's hot inside. Not a great theater.
