Expect 30 min wait times to speak with an agent when adjusting official travel itineraries. Seems to be the standard every time I call. Leaving a voicemail is disabled on their network so you have to suck it up and wait. Once you get a rep everything is fine but the wait time is very unsat for an organization that prides itself on serving the military
Our business uses these people. They don't ever update the names of the hotels when they change. I got trapped into a Wyndam last week and am now trying to make a res for this week and thought I was getting a Hilton property and find out it has changed to Best Western. Have been on the phone with them twice in excess of 30 mins on hold. Had to hang up both times due to work and meetings. Absolutely worst in the business.
