Would have given 5 stars except it is hit or miss getting someone to answer the phone, and when I was there only one agent was visible helping customers. The information on the website is accurate. Highly recommended checking in with them prior to planning your vacation to see what they have available especially if you are hitting major attractions or theme parks.

The hours of operation Google has listed are incorrect. Following are the correct hours:
Saturday: 9am-2pm (Seasonally April-August ONLY)
(Also Closed Saturdays September-March)
When having a big event. I believe they should be better prepared. Stood in line for over 2 hours and moved like 25 feet. Pretty upset
